Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Business Manager Aruba to join our HPE Aruba Networking Channel team in the Netherlands. This role is crucial in strengthening our relationships with Platinum & Gold partners and driving business growth through joint business planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales, the ability to build multilevel relationships, and a passion for networking technologies.

This role involves a combination of partner management, (pre-)sales enablement, marketing activities, and direct engagement with clients alongside partners. You will play a key role in facilitating training, executing joint business plans, and working closely with HPE - and Aruba sales and the HPE Channel team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Platinum & Gold partners, ensuring alignment on joint business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal channel teams to execute strategic plans in partnership with key channel partners.
  • Multilevel Selling: Engage with various stakeholders within partner organizations to drive business growth.
  • Client Meetings: Accompany partners to client meetings, supporting them in sales engagements and solution positioning.
  • Training & Enablement: Facilitate training sessions to ensure partners are equipped with the latest knowledge on Aruba solutions.
  • Marketing Support: Drive marketing activities to enhance Aruba’s presence within the channel ecosystem.
  • Joint Business Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve growth targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Languages: Native Dutch speaker with fluency in English.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of sales experience, with a strong focus on channel management.
  • Channel Expertise: Proven experience in working with channel partners.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for internal and  external meetings
  • Driver’s License: A valid driving license is required.
  • Execution skills: ability to execute strategic directions of HPE into concrete activities with partners as well as executing agreed joint activities to ensure and drive continuous business growth.
  • Transformation skills: ability to drive change in the partner sales organisation at all levels. Proven success in driving change in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and interests.
  • Learning capability: learn and adapt new technologies quickly
  • High energy and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity and/or: affinity with networking technologies (connectivity infrastructure like campus, datacentre networking, security, central monitoring/management) is highly preferred.
  • Networking market knowledge: well-informed about the networking vendor - and channel landscape
