The Partner Assurance Manager (“PAM”) at Workiva is responsible for driving high levels of partner satisfaction and long-term partner retention among an assigned group of partner accounts. This is accomplished through multiple dimensions, including enhancing the overall partner experience and actively engaging with partners on a proactive basis by working cross-functionally with other Workiva teams to improve the partner experience with regards to global deployment customer satisfaction, expansion of partner solutions and the effectiveness of their certified partner resources. The PAM acts as a trusted advisor to ensure partners achieve their goals and expand their capabilities and resources with Workiva solutions and is keenly aware of their needs and challenges.
What You'll Do

Help build a joint strategic plan and partner scorecard for new and existing partners, based upon a shared vision to drive growth of the ecosystem for certified resources and maximize adoption and value derived from Workiva solutions

Build a strong relationship with partner organizations to ensure Workiva teams have a deep understanding of the partner capabilities, partner deployment strategies and shared goals with Workiva

Monitor the deployment health and customer satisfaction with partner engagements to assess progress , identify risks and blockers

Work with Solution Architects and partner enablement managers to create mitigating strategies to ensure successful outcomes

Collect partner feedback and share user insights internally to increase overall partner performance by providing feedback about deployment challenges, enablement needs and product enhancements

Identify ways to maximize value for both parties to achieve long-term partner goals

Understanding upcoming partner program initiatives and communicating them with our partners

Identify embedded staffing needs as a result from Partner capacity and competency constraints and work with the Workiva teams as needed to provide oversight or delivery resources from Workiva services teams

Participate in ongoing reviews of Partner projects and review feedback from deployment assessments for emerging partners and create shared action plans for continual growth
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications

Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
-
3+ years of experience in the SaaS industry with customer success, professional services management, consulting, or other relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications

Exceptional knowledge of the capabilities of Workiva solution with experience presenting complex, multifaceted solutions in an easy to understand manner preferred

Analytical by nature with a knack for solving real-world business challenges and the capability of identifying areas of opportunity and creativity to provide relevant solutions

Possess a high level of personal accountability with the ability to thrive independently in a high-velocity, highly dynamic work environment with tight deadlines

Detailed oriented with exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask to manage multiple processes, programs, procedures

Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills with a collaborative and consultative work style to engage both internal and external stakeholders and experience in an advisory capacity

Strong leadership, relationship building, and influencing skills with diplomacy skills as required to communicate with Partners to provide feedback and create strategic plans to align on goals and objectives
