Weave is seeking a Partner Account Manager to lead and grow our most strategic integration partnerships across dental, optometry, veterinary, and medical verticals. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day relationships and driving joint value with key industry players such as Henry Schein, Patterson, Idexx, Covetrus, and more. The ideal candidate thrives on building strong partnerships, is technically curious, and is motivated by opportunities that impact customer experience and company growth.

Reports to: Head of Strategic Partnerships
What You Will Own (Responsibilities):

Manage Weave’s top integration partnerships with 1,000+ active shared customers or major market presence

3–5 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development in tech, SaaS, or healthcare

Demonstrated success managing external partnerships and cross-functional collaboration

Strong understanding of integration partnerships and customer impact

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

Self-starter with both strategic thinking and operational execution capabilities
What Will Make Us Love You (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working with healthcare software, especially in dental, optometry, veterinary, or medical industries

Familiarity with EHR or PMS systems

Proven ability to manage technical integrations
