About the Role

We’re looking for a Partner Account Manager to take ownership of our Service Partner & Reseller vertical, helping us expand our reach by growing a network of agencies, consultants, and solution providers.

Partnerships represent our second-largest revenue acquisition channel, with strong growth potential. We collaborate with sales consulting firms, marketing agencies, tech partners, and resellers to generate opportunities and drive revenue.

This is a high-impact role in a company that's grown organically through product-led growth—and now we're building a structured partner ecosystem with the goal of making Service Partners & Resellers one of our top acquisition channels.

You’ll manage and grow strategic partnerships that generate revenue, amplify our brand, and bring real value to both lemlist and our partners.


Your Mission

Your mission is to build and grow the Service Partners and Resellers vertical into a substantial revenue-generating acquisition channel for lemlist. You’ll be building and managing relationships end-to-end and helping our key partners win, so that we all grow together.


You’ll be responsible for:


- Managing a portfolio of key partners (agencies, consultants, resellers)


- Driving joint initiatives that generate significant revenue and increase MRR for both lemlist and our partners.


- Being their point of contact, their coach, and their growth partner, helping them close bigger deals, faster


- Working closely with marketing, product, and sales to support partner success and accelerate high-value deal flow.


We have all the background operations ready to help you be efficient, but you’re in the driver’s seat, ensuring you have the right materials, presentations, and processes in place to maximize every high-value opportunity and drive scalable revenue through partnerships.


Key Results


After 3 months, you will have:


- Map and categorize key partners, conduct discovery meetings, and build a prioritized partnership roadmap

- Successfully onboard 10 new strategic partners with clear engagement models

- Achieve $80k monthly recurring revenue through partner-generated sales

- Launch co-selling initiatives with a partner


After 12 months, you will have:

- Achieve $240k monthly recurring revenue through partner-generated sales

- Identify and validate new growth opportunities through partnerships

- Demonstrated that Partners is a key & profitable acquisition driver for lemlist that can further scale and that allows to acquire high quality revenue stream (eg low churn, high LTV)


Who You Are

- Sales expertise: You excel at prospecting, creating value propositions, and closing deals


- Relationship Skills: You excel at account management by offering proactive, thoughtful support without being pushy. You know how to nurture partnerships, build trust, and maximize value for all parties involved


- Strong experience with outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach: Deep expertise is essential, as this will be your main focus when advising Partners


- You're a self-starter who works independently and takes initiative


- You speak fluent English (French is a bonus)


- You’ve got 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a similar role


- You’ve worked with agencies, service integrators, or resellers before


- You have SaaS experience, or you’re excited to grow in this space


- You’re proactive, strategic, and outcomes-driven—you see the big picture and act fast


- You don’t wait for things to be handed to you—you create your own momentum
