Overview

The Redfin Partner Program is a rapidly-growing business venture at Redfin. As a Partner Account Manager for the Partner Program, you will be responsible for managing the performance of partner agents in your markets according to set business targets while meeting set activity goals and expectations This role will require excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with agents. 

This role plays a pivotal role in driving the success and performance of real estate agents who receive customer referrals from our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to actively manage accounts, focusing on the core metrics of several business markets, enhancing agent engagement, measuring responsiveness and interaction and adoption of tools. The role will require a growth mindset, high level work ethic, and have the sales skills to drive market performance. You will also help guide the direction of the product by actively providing feedback to the executive staff.

Responsibilities 

  • Constant Interaction with Stakeholders: Act as the first point of contact for agents. Provide ongoing support and assistance to agents throughout their tenure in the program. Regularly engage with Redfin Partner Agents, Redfin customers, and internal stakeholders

  • Meet Activity and Performance Goals: Meet and perform outlined daily activity targets, as well as weekly, monthly and quarterly activity KPIs

  • Drive Conversions and Revenue: Work closely with real estate agents in the book of business assigned in your sales region to optimize their conversion rates from the referrals provided, with a strong emphasis on increasing the number of successful closings and revenue production 

  • Make Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, seek feedback from partner agents to continuously improve their process in service of sales goals. Utilize reports to make data-driven decisions, ensuring performance is aligned with business objectives

  • Analyze Performance: Analyze and evaluate issues of diverse scope, considering current business and market trends to enhance overall performance and drive increased conversion

  • Build Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with agents in your assigned sales region/s to foster trust and credibility and serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and follow-up communication

  • Address Concerns: Take charge of resolving customer-agent issues, maintaining the quality of service according to company standards

  • Stay up-to-date on the dynamics of your specific markets, industry trends, the competitive landscape and be a knowledgeable resource for the agents in your book of business

  • Communicate Effectively:  Redfin's value proposition and differentiate our offerings from competitors

  • Provide Feedback from the field to inform product and engineering enhancements and updates. 

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 4+ years experience in a real estate and technology sales role

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate tech industry

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity and reporting tools

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets

  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change and innovation

  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time appropriately in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements.

Base Pay Range: $63,500.00 - 95,100.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include bonuses and equity.
