We are looking for a Partner Account Manager (Chinese fluent).

Your main tasks will be:

    • Managing and developing partners without income;
    • Setting tasks in outsourcing and assigning them to teams, as well as writing instructions;
    • Sending out communications to AP and collecting feedback;
    • Managing project news channels;
    • Working on AP requests (FC (Financial Controller), Frequent questions from AP, Assistance with onboarding, Asisstant in all CRM chats);

    We expect from you:

    • Proficiency in Сhinese (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+;
    • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - С1+;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims;
    • Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel);
    • Advanced user of Google Workspace.
