Summary Generated by Built In

Hogan Lovells’ Privacy and Cybersecurity (PaC) practice area is recognized as a first-tier practice in this dynamic and in-demand area of the law. The partners, counsel, and associate lawyers in the practice provide clients with specialized and experienced counseling and representation on privacy, data management, and cybersecurity issues that arise in a wide range of industries and activities, and are at the forefront of legal and policy developments in the United States and around the globe. The PaC team counsels tech-sector titans in Silicon Valley and major financial services corporations in New York. The auto industry turned to PaC to help them develop “connected car privacy principles.” PaC recently handled one of the largest retail data breaches, one of the largest health insurer data breaches, and one of the largest hospital data breaches — all within a few months of one another.
