Job Summary
The Paralegal in the Legal and Compliance Department plays a vital role in assisting attorneys with a wide range of tasks. This position involves supporting the attorney in managing regulatory matters, legal research, contract management, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements across the organization.
Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents, reviewing and drafting contracts, conducting research on regulatory issues, maintaining files, and assisting with audits and internal investigations. The paralegal also helps to ensure that all documentation complies with relevant laws and regulations, coordinates communication between various stakeholders, and supports attorneys in managing high-volume legal matters.

Skills and Background You’ll Need

Experience: 2+ years progressively responsible work experience in a law office, corporate law department or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.

Education: Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or Paralegal Certificate required.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
24.76 - 36.30
