Revisar y verificar la información de los pedidos de aerolínea e industrial, fijándose muy bien en las cantidades solicitadas en los pedidos. Comunicar ésta información al equipo de producción y asegurar la entrega en el holding box en tiempo y cantidad. Realizar entrega de turno al Supervisor entrante, informando todas las novedades. Generar entrega de bancos de producción y garantizar que al final del turno los cuartos fríos se entregan ordenados y limpios. Actualizar, Imprimir, entregar y controlar la ejecución de los VPS para evidenciar que las tareas asignadas se están ejecutando en el tiempo esperado. Identificar reprocesos y la sobreproducción de alimentos en proceso e informar entre áreas para generar planes de acción. Realizar seguimiento a los acuerdos de entrega internos entre áreas para garantizar el cumplimiento de KRT. Verificar el correcto uso de la materia prima, insumos y suministros dentro de los centros de producción para evitar desperdicios.
