JOB SCOPE:

·Management of contest fulfillment, events & promotions for Agency Distribution inclusive of trips management & various contest fulfillment·Contribute to the positioning and communication to the agency force, and management of stakeholders.

  • Manage communications and promotional materials for Agency Distribution from ideation, creation & execution for agency contest/incentive trips/events.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage contest fulfillment processes which can include (but not limited to) cash reward fulfillment, merchandise fulfillment, travel/ cash vouchers etc.
  • Manage planning, operational/administrative duties, and execution of events, promotions & fulfillment i.e.from pre-event, to during event and post-event stage.
  • Manage ideation and negotiation meetings to drive fulfillment, events, promotion & campaigns.
  • Manage ideation and negotiation meetings with vendors to facilitate management of events, promotions & fulfillment.
  • Manage merchandise ideation and participate in negotiation meetings with merchandise vendors. Merchandise sourcing and monitoring of stocks.
  • Manage event/fulfillment communications, i.e. creating power point slides for events / meetings, drafting communications, marketing collateral and handling enquiries from Agency Growth Team and agency force.
  • Manage payment processes in relation to events & fulfillment
  • Manage project budget control.
  • Management of other stake holders to ensure project timelines are kept and projects are executed efficiently
  • Analysis of project feedbacks & work on internal process improvement.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT   

Qualifications:

Degree in business studies, economics, finance, or any related field.

Experience:

With minimum 3-5 years working experience in insurance industry, financial institution, or related filed are added advantages.

Experienced in project management e.g. contest fulfillment management, event management, trips management, or promotions management.

Knowledge:          

Excellent communication & language skills (English, Chinese & Malay), well-developed soft skills & socially aware, competent with Microsoft software (Excel, Word & Powerpoint), and fairly detailed & organized in nature.
Proficiency in Advance Excel skills & Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile:

A person who is highly motivated and is willing to do what it takes to optimize his/her contribution to Agency Projects. Possesses natural agility with affinity to comprehend new situations & processes, with an eye for detail, and able to collaborate with stakeholders effectively. Must have a strong command of the English language, in spoken and written form, and is able to communicate information contextually, taking into consideration the relevant interdependencies and business environment. Must be willing to learn, willing to travel with a positive attitude, and a good team player. Able to work with minimum supervision.
