We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Paid Search & Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, optimizing and reporting on paid search campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and others. By leveraging these platforms, you will craft targeted strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage key audiences, and deliver measurable ROI for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and campaign types, test new strategies, and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, Manage and Optimize Search and Social campaigns
- Design effective digital content that inspires audiences, i.e. original social and search ads for various digital marketing platforms and industries
- Strategize new and creative ways to reach client goals through digital marketing
- Research a client’s industry and familiarize yourself with their audience and competitors to drive campaign creation and content execution
- Perform daily checks on campaign ROI and KPIs and correct issues as needed
- Generate campaign reports for data-driven decision making and optimizations
- Perform ongoing ad copy analysis and A/B Testing to optimize campaigns
- Participate in client communication and answer questions when needed
- Identify trends and industry insights to curate strategy and drive performance
- Participate in internal team meetings including L10s and weeklies

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-2+ years of experience in the digital marketing industry
- Have demonstrable experience in 1+ PPC digital platform like: Google Search, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube and/or Display
Nice to Have
- Google Ads and/or Google Analytics Certification
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with Copywriting and Design
- Experience with SEO and Website Optimization
- Experience with both G-suite and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Experience in an EOS organizational structure
