  • Uncover optimisation opportunities at every stage in the search marketing funnel with a focus on upper funnel search. 
  • With the channel lead & Specialists work to identify and develop new performance driving opportunities for search across global markets. 
  • Ensuring that best practices are followed, and opportunities are being highlighted within the In-house team.
  • Work with performance marketing, brand channel leads and the digital insights team to ensure clear goals and outcomes for any activity being launched.   
  • Build out campaigns, monitor once launched and report on results to internal stakeholders.
  • Work with the channel specialists to launch YouTube, search and display campaigns.
  • Support the channel specialist to manage the day-to-day activities of the accounts.
  • Manage day to day running of the PPC campaigns in Google & Bing, using Bid management tools to deliver results and report on these findings to stakeholders.
  • Support the teams Specialists and Managers to deliver the KPI’s set by the business while launching new products and campaigns

LEGO ® Retail is a fast-paced, energetic team which is focused on building up the LEGO ® Brand’s own ecosystem, with a sharp focus on audience-first brand building experiences. Working within our branded ecosystem, this role is strongly tied to digital upper funnel metrics that support not only the online business, but the wider LEGO Group. Further, with LEGO.com’s unique position as a brand lighthouse, this role will focus on building brand engagement, and ultimately finding innovative ways to deliver incremental visitors and shoppers into the LEGO ® world!  

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following requirements:

  • Experience in Paid Search marketing roles, with Paid Search knowledge including account and keyword strategies, Remarketing, KPIs and targets, script development or account automation tools, and related products.  
  • Hands-on operational experience in bid management platforms ie SA360, Skai formally Kenshoo, Marin but preferably Adobe Advertising Cloud.
  • Hands-on operational experience of search technology platforms, eg. Google and Bing ads
  • Knowledge of analytics, with experience of creating audience segments, pushing these to execution, campaign optimisation, and evaluation. ie. Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • A good level of experience with Microsoft Excel.

As a person we would like the candidate to showcase:

  • Strong presentation skills using Powerpoint and to be a confident communicator
  • Ability to work independently, but also in a collaboratively way
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and oral

In addition, an advantage would be to bring:

  • Good understanding of dashboarding technologies eg. Tableau, Datarama, Tableau, Power BI, omniscope, etc.
  • Fluency in French, Danish, Spanish or other languages
  • Experience working with global campaigns and an understanding of working with language localization.
