Role Summary: 

We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Paid Media Specialist to support our brands in the setup, management, execution, optimization and reporting of digital promotional campaigns. The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for managing paid digital platforms and tools across the business, setting up and administering paid PPC campaigns, implementing end-to-end campaign tracking, maintaining quality control, monitoring, and presenting reports/analytics based on business requirements.

Job Description:

  • Crafting and implementing multi-channel paid advertising strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Strategically managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, as well as other significant channels like Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok for optimal performance and reach.
  • Utilizing advanced web skills and adept proficiency in ad platforms, search engine interfaces, and other essential tools to execute campaigns with precision and effectiveness.
  • Handling key project management tasks such as media grid updates, audience planning, tag building/execution, and timeline tracking.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with internal stakeholders on account progress, performance, and issue resolution.
  • Leveraging various online and offline tools for analysis to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of paid media accounts.
  • Conducting thorough testing and analysis of paid search ad techniques, copy and creatives to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Researching and evaluating paid marketing efforts to identify new campaign opportunities.
  • Staying updated on paid media best practices, bid management systems, keyword developments, tracking, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid search, online display, and social media ad campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with paid ad management tools and programmatic ads, including Google Ads, Google Ad Manager, various social media ad platforms, YouTube, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple initiatives under tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agency experience is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, conveying clear and compelling messages.
  • Highly proficient in computer skills, adapting easily to various software and tools.
  • Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications are a plus.
