The Role


We’re looking for a passionate and results-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our energetic marketing team. In this high impact role, you will execute and optimise our paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. This role will focus on paid social, display, and video advertising. If you thrive on crafting digital marketing strategies, managing paid media campaigns, and have a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity! You will work closely with the paid media team, brand, and creative teams to drive impactful advertising initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Regularly monitor and adjust audience targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies to improve performance and achieve key campaign metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Track and analyze campaign results, providing detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop engaging ad content that aligns with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Assist in managing the paid media budget efficiently to ensure optimal resource allocation and high ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in paid media strategies.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using advertising tools and platforms for campaign management and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
