What You'll Do: 

As the Paid Media Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our digital advertising efforts, driving growth and optimizing performance across multiple platforms. This pivotal role requires a strategic mindset, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of the SaaS industry. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with our overall business objectives, focusing on key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). 

 

This is a high-impact role with significant opportunities for growth within our rapidly expanding company. You'll report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing and have the opportunity to make a substantial impact on our company's success. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across search, social, and display channels, managing a seven-figure budget to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth 

  • Lead and oversee external digital marketing agencies for key brands, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand guidelines 

  • Collaborate with multiple product verticals to achieve specific growth targets and KPIs 

  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform data-driven campaign strategies 

  • Partner closely with the Data Analytics team to leverage advanced tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Salesforce, and PowerBI for campaign optimization and performance insights 

  • Coordinate with internal design teams and CRO specialists to create high-converting landing pages and ad creative, implementing A/B tests with Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity to continuously improve performance 

  • Synthesize complex campaign data into actionable insights, creating visually compelling reports for stakeholders at all levels of the organization 

  • Monitor and optimize key SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, ROAS, ROI) to inform budget allocation and demonstrate marketing's impact on revenue growth 

  • Stay at the forefront of paid media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge 

  • Experience using multi-touch attribution platforms like Wicked Reports to analyze customer journeys and optimize marketing spend across channels 

 

Who You Are:

Required 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience 

  • 3+ years of experience managing large-scale paid search accounts (seven-figure spend or higher), consistently exceeding ROAS targets by 20% or more 

  • Proven track record in the SaaS industry or B2B agency environment, with demonstrated success in reducing CAC by at least 15% year-over-year 

  • Current certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and LinkedIn Ads 

  • Google Analytics 4 Individual Qualification with demonstrated proficiency 

  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads platforms 

  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, particularly for PPC campaign reporting and analysis 

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and SuperMetrics for data collection and reporting 

  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, including DOM layer manipulation and event tracking implementation 

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads Editor, Google Looker Studio, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) 

 

Preferred 

  • Experience with Zapier for workflow automation 

  • Additional certifications in relevant digital marketing disciplines

Travel Considerations: 

  •  Domestic and/or international travel up to 5% of the time
