Job Description

The Paid Advertising Manager will join the Demand Generation team to develop and execute digital advertising programs that will fuel Rewind’s growth. These initiatives will generate brand awareness, drive leads and pipeline, and ultimately convert new customers for Rewind. 

You are creative, analytical, and passionate about developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align to business goals. You have a strong background in digital advertising and paid social media, with experience running performance marketing campaigns, overseeing creative and media agencies and managing program budgets. You possess strong analytical skills, analyzing campaign results to inform strategy and continually optimize performance.

Your responsibilities: 

You will be owning and executing our paid advertising strategy and planning across multiple paid media platforms, ensuring strong ROI and customer acquisition efficiency while managing the paid advertising budget, allocating investments effectively to maximize impact.

You will also be:

  • Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Bing, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, and Marketplaces. 

  • Managing agency relationships at the operational day-to-day level and being accountable for quality of agency output and program delivery on Google and LinkedIn. 

  • Building, segmenting, and refining audience targeting, including the use of lookalike audiences and remarketing strategies.

  • Collaborating with other departments (ex. Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships) to understand and support their objectives through various channels.

  • Running A/B tests and other experiments to continually optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.

  • Driving the development of ads and landing pages for paid advertising needs with Content and Web.

  • Using data to inform decision-making and performance improvements. Measuring, analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on paid advertising performance to improve ROI.

  • Staying current with industry trends, best practices and technology in paid media and performance marketing.

Qualifications

You have 5+ years of experience overseeing paid advertising, with 3-5 years of experience doing so in a B2B SaaS company with significant hands-on experience building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies and programs via PPC, paid social media, and other digital advertising.

You are a goal oriented and curious person with strong problem solving capabilities. You love to collaborate with other teams and are adaptable to change.

You also have:

  • Experience managing the creation of ads and landing pages via internal and external creative resources.
  • Experience managing creative and media agency relationships, and campaign budgets.
  • Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting. You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience overseeing content syndication investments.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics (GA4).

Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees work from the office three days/week. This role will be based out of our Toronto office.
