Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Paid Acquisition Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, advertising best practices, and data-driven decision-making to achieve campaign goals. This role will play a key part in scaling our brand’s online presence, driving engagement, and maximizing ROI across paid social channels.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the paid marketing budget in channels such as Google, Facebook
  • Allocate and monitor budgets effectively across campaigns to ensure cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute paid social media strategies aligned with business goals, audience segmentation, and marketing objectives.
  • Research trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google
  • Create ad copy, visuals, and landing pages in collaboration with designers and content teams.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize ad creative, targeting, and placement strategies.
  • Adjust spending dynamically based on performance insights.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, graphic designers, and marketing strategists, to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on paid social media advertising, sharing knowledge and insights with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience of owning paid marketing budgets is must
  • Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns with measurable success.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other relevant tools.
  • Proficiency in audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of visual and written storytelling in a digital context.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
