About the Position
We are seeking a SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team. If you have experience in link building, content marketing, and always stay updated with the best SEO practices, we want to hear from you! Join us and help drive our growth in the Latam market, with the potential to expand into the US.

Main Challenges 

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative and relevant websites to improve domain authority;
  • Conduct outreach campaigns to build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry websites for link-building opportunities;
  • Collaborate with the content team to create and promote valuable content that attracts natural backlinks;
  • Perform thorough competitor analysis to identify backlink opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends;
  • Identify and secure guest posting opportunities on high-authority websites to boost our backlink profile;
  • Manage public reviews (G2, Capterra, SourceForge, TrustRadius, CrowdReviews, and similar platforms);
  • Develop and execute digital PR campaigns to increase brand visibility and acquire high-quality backlinks;
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of off-page SEO efforts, including backlink profile growth, domain authority changes, and organic traffic improvements;
  • Utilize SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to monitor and improve off-page SEO performance;
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in off-page SEO.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in off-page SEO, with a proven track record of successful backlink acquisition and domain authority improvement;
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, link-building strategies, and digital marketing;
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and external partners;
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms;
  • Ability to develop creative outreach and link-building strategies that align with our brand and industry;
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development principles;
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Bachelor degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Specialization courses in SEO or Digital Marketing;
  • Advanced English;
  • Spanish will be a plus.
