The Manufacturing Supervisor leads a full group of operators and ensure the critical metrics of the area are met, guaranteeing the production plan fulfillment.
Core Responsibilities:

Responsible for promoting and ensuring the integrity of employees through security tools implemented in the organization (e.g. Proactive safety, risk place assessment, process confirmation, LOTO).

Ensure compliance of quality and safety standard (Product safety, QA Handbook, IMS).

Ensure and maintain production plan fulfillment, improving and optimizing resources and producing in sequence.

Training plan execution and fulfillment.
-
Follow up and compliance of area KPI’s.
-
Participation in the deployment of business strategy in their group.

Execution of HR processes (IDP, Merit, PRP)

Responsible for generating a work environment based on the principles and values of the organization (PULSE).

Give support to continuous improvement program (CI tools)

Problem solving through root cause analysis and implementation of improvements

Take ownership for the appropriate integration and / or implementation of the QEHS System in the operational processes of your area and ensure its efficiency.

Assign the vital resources for the management of the QEHS system in the area.
-
Provide support, participate proactively, and demonstrate leadership on QEHS in your area.

Follow the QEHS legal requirements, standards (External / internal) and others applicable to your area.

Salary range $81,000-$102,000.

Proven experience as Production leader/supervisor with experience leading groups of a minimum of 40 hourly employees.

Leadership: Able to lead others and likewise, motivate staff and focus on himself and his team development, decision-making ability, high sense of belonging.

Communication: high communication skills to develop local and global relationships in his work area and motivate to the team.

Interpersonal skills: demonstrate a high level of collaboration, teamwork, focus on staff welfare, proactive and service attitude, high level of personal and professional ethics.

Capacity of analysis and problem solving.
-
Holistic and strategic vision to enable it to take decisions in the short and medium term.

PC medium level (office), projects execution, integrated management system (safety and quality).

Must be willing and able to work 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 shift pattern schedule.
