Description of role:
In your role as People and Culture (PAC) Manager (HR) you will lead a PAC Team to manage operations as well as strategic HR projects. You will report to the International PAC Manager and support the Group Manager with the daily HR function for the Kula Lumpur office.
This role has a dual responsibility: PAC operations, including and not limited to the up keep of employee personal records, payroll, employee relations activities and compliance with labour law of Malaysia, as well as the strategic role of implementing a global People function for TWI.
The PAC Manager will develop and ensure adherence to policies and procedures, facilitate and advise employees with their queries and ensure high employee engagement. Knowledge of Malaysian law and statutory regulations is imperative in this role.
This is an exciting role the person who takes up this position will be responsible for the roll out of any global initiatives and support to global PAC (HR) team. There is an opportunity to get involved with all aspects of the HR function and be a strategic business partner to the business.
