JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role will focus in supporting invoices incidences resolution as per SLA agreed. The position requires being fluent in conversational English, 
as well as in written, for the review of invoices and possible communication by email with suppliers and internal colleagues. 
The employee will analyze the situation of invoice under incidences to be able to prioritize the daily scope or work.
 

 
Tasks:

Manage issues and incidences related to Hotelbeds invoices
Contact suppliers to received feedback in order to reduce review incidences.
Work closely with various internal business functions, global, local or centralized, where their involvement is required to define specific solutions to be 
implemented.
 
Skills needed:
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Tourism
Tax invoices management experience is desirable
Proficient command of spoken and written English
Ability to build relationships within the organization at all levels
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel as well as SAP and Tableau
Analytical skills combined with proactiveness and a can-do attitude
