Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Capture and escalate repetitive operational issues to the HUB and Global Process Owner for resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects to ensure compliance, enhance efficiency, drive continuous improvement and act as the Audit SPOC for both external and internal audits.

Conduct regular operational performance reviews, including KPIs, and present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Implement best practices and standardization across the region, monitor and drive KPI improvement initiatives, manage delivery issues, analyze root causes to create local improvement projects, and drive the implementation of global and local P2P initiatives.

Serve as the 3rd escalation point for P2P queries, represent P2P in customer focus groups and Country Boards, and conduct regular KPI review meetings with TCS teams at the country level.

Conduct on-site and virtual end-user trainings for P2P systems, update and manage training materials, and provide country-specific guidance for effective user adoption and change management.
What you’ll bring to the role:

Bachelor/Master degree in in finance, accounting or business administration

Excellent English and Italian spoken and written
-
Other languages are an advantage
-
Excellent analytical skills
-
Strong communication skills
-
Advanced Excel and SAP experience
-
Previous experience in working in financial shared services is an advantage

4 years of P2P experience
