Responsibilities of the Lead Generation Specialist:
Your responsibilities include:
- Outreach & Lead Generation:
- Focus primarily on Instagram, but also use platforms like Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and email to increase outreach volume
- Search Instagram for potential ambassadors with visually appealing content and extract their email from their ‘Link in Bio’
- Import the contact information into Grinn (email outreach software) and send messages to prospective ambassadors.
- If no email is found, expand the search to other platforms (like TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, etc.) and find new leads with available contact information
- Contact potential ambassadors via email, initiating a conversation to build interest in the ambassador program
- Follow-Ups & Conversions:
- Follow up with potential ambassadors until they sign up for the ambassador program
- Handle objections and concerns with professionalism and confidence
- Use persuasive communication to successfully convert prospects into signed ambassadors
- Performance Metrics:
- Your performance will be tracked by key metrics:
- Daily outreach: 100 messages
- Weekly outreach: 500 messages
- Monthly outreach: 2000 messages
- Conversion rate goal: 5% (5% of outreach should result in signed ambassadors)
- Monthly goal: 80-100 signed ambassadors
