Responsibilities of the Lead Generation Specialist:

Your responsibilities include:

  • Outreach & Lead Generation:
    • Focus primarily on Instagram, but also use platforms like Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and email to increase outreach volume
    • Search Instagram for potential ambassadors with visually appealing content and extract their email from their ‘Link in Bio’
    • Import the contact information into Grinn (email outreach software) and send messages to prospective ambassadors.
    • If no email is found, expand the search to other platforms (like TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, etc.) and find new leads with available contact information
    • Contact potential ambassadors via email, initiating a conversation to build interest in the ambassador program
  • Follow-Ups & Conversions:
    • Follow up with potential ambassadors until they sign up for the ambassador program
    • Handle objections and concerns with professionalism and confidence 
    • Use persuasive communication to successfully convert prospects into signed ambassadors
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Your performance will be tracked by key metrics:
      • Daily outreach: 100 messages
      • Weekly outreach: 500 messages
      • Monthly outreach: 2000 messages
      • Conversion rate goal: 5% (5% of outreach should result in signed ambassadors)
      • Monthly goal: 80-100 signed ambassadors
