- Lead a team of OutSystems developers in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications.
- Act as a technical expert in the OutSystems platform, providing guidance and assistance to team members.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices are followed in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions to ensure effective team dynamics and project progression.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead implementation of enhancements in development practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in OutSystems and related technologies, and assess their potential benefits for the team and projects.
- Ensure timely project delivery and that all deliverables meet functional and performance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on the OutSystems platform.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams of software developers.
- Strong expertise in OutSystems architecture, development methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relational databases.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git is preferred.
- Certifications in OutSystems development or architecture are a plus.
