Kimball Equipment Company is a successful dealer for brands such as Terex Cedarapids, Terex Finlay, and Superior Industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute sales growth plan for all customers within assigned territory by creating opportunities and generating sales from existing and new accounts. 
  • Analyze market potential within the assigned territory and assist in the development of business strategies that will lead to market share growth.
  • Develop a clear understanding of customer spend on parts and services related to equipment installed base within territory; document and communicate this information to location and headquarter management.
  • Responsible for providing timely and accurate information for the development of pricing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain a good company image by providing exceptional customer service, a professional business attitude, and up-to-date product knowledge
  • Develop and maintain personal portfolio of technical sales material such as equipment manuals, drawings, and product presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years sales experience within the aggregate equipment industry and/or related industry is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel frequently. Occasional overnight travel to locations locally and in remote areas is required.
  • Strong leadership and relationship building skills.
  • A high level of computer skills is essential – MS Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Must be capable of effectively and accurately working on several sales opportunities at one time.
  • Must be physically capable.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

COMPENSATION:

  • Full benefits package offered (PTO, 401K, vision, dental, life, and health insurance)
  • Pay ranges based on experience 
  • Additional commission rate
