Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this commission-only role, you will have the opportunity to earn unlimited income by selling our premium home service products, including tubs, showers, and accessible solutions, to residential and commercial clients in Sioux Falls and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for top performers who thrive in a results-driven environment.
Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads and build a robust client pipeline through networking, referrals, and other strategies.

Client Meetings: Meet with clients in their homes or businesses to assess their needs and recommend tailored solutions.

Product Presentations: Showcase the superior quality and affordability of BCI Acrylic products, delivering compelling sales presentations.

Sales Closure: Provide accurate quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

Customer Relationships: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.

Qualifications

Sales Experience: Proven experience in outside sales, ideally in home services, construction, or a related industry.
