  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus! 

As a Sales Account Executive for one of the leading freight forwarders in the industry, OEC Group will provide you with an opportunity to build your book of business and become more knowledgeable about the shipping/logistics industry.

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

About the Position Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Perform daily telemarketing/email marketing to build credibility as a logistics expert/consultant.
  • Use CRM system daily for data entry.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with targeted leads.
  • Probe and discover perspective's client's needs.
  • Offer customized solution based on strategic need of client's business.
  • Close the sales.
  • Provide detailed and organized notes on the client.
  • Meet minimum number of prospects in sales/marketing Pipeline.
  • Attend minimum number of in person visits per quarter that may require overnight stays.
  • Achieve minimum gross profit goals.

Work Schedule

Miami office 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

This position will cover a geographic area surrounding the OEC Group office the candidate has been hired for. The role requires having reliable transportation at the time of hire.

  • 1+ years of B2B sales or marketing experience
  • International or domestic freight forwarding experience is a plus
  •  Geography and global economy knowledge.

Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 annually based on education and experience level plus uncapped commission
