Summary:
Initiate and develop new outreach relationships with schools, colleges, teams, and community. Provides contract and other outreach athletic training services for affiliated schools, recreational and private leagues, and community athletic organizations. Assists in formulating and implementing market strategies to ensure access to services for health care providers. Participates in or provides coverage for outreach sponsored events, seminars, or other educational or athletic programs. Serves as a liaison between school coaches, athletic trainers and athletes and Cook Childrens Orthopedic and Sports Medicine.
Education and Experience

Required BA or BS from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE)

Preferred - Masters of Science from a CAATE accredited athletic training education program.

Prefer experience working as an ATC with children, adolescents and young adults.

Bi-lingual preferred
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification

Texas license or license eligible

Current BLS certification

Certification by the BOC preferred
