**Field Account Executive**
Our ideal candidate is a motivated, high-performing salesperson with direct sales experience. The successful candidate will have carried an individual quota for 2+ years, demonstrating a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. This person should have the ability to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects equal to [3-4x] of their expected closed-won targets at any given time. In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting, field sales, and closing new business within your territory. We’re looking for someone who can proactively drive activity metrics, exceed revenue targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
**Responsibilities:**
● Drive revenue, customer acquisition, and market share within your defined territory
● Execute against a territory sales plan with clear goals and objectives
● Maintain a robust pipeline, equating in size to [3-4x] the expected closed-won throughput
● Conduct outbound prospecting, field visits, discovery calls, presentations, and solutioning sessions
● Own the full sales process, from prospecting to negotiation, close, and handoff to onboarding/success teams
● Manage customer interactions and act as the primary point of contact through the sales cycle
● Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value proposition of Otter’s solutions
● Attend weekly pipeline review meetings and provide quantitative and qualitative commentary on opportunities
● Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to execute lead nurturing and account-based marketing campaigns
● Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders, including Product and Marketing teams

**Requirements:**
● Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (marketing, sales, finance, economics preferred)
● 2+ years of experience in field sales, outbound prospecting, or a similar direct sales role
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
● Strong writing, strategic thinking, and planning skills
● Extremely ambitious, hard-working, and self-motivated
● Results- and detail-oriented, with a growth mindset
● Highly creative and solution-focused in problem-solving
● Executive presence with strong client-facing skills
● Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
**Nice-to-haves:**
● Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar CRM / sales engagement tools
