We will count on you to:

  • Develop creative and impactful solutions to transformation projects.

  • Integrate different fields of knowledge (communication, strategy, innovation, HR, digital) to develop frameworks and transformation journeys with clients

  • Build and develop strong business relationships with clients

  • Manage and develop transformation projects and different streams like talent development, organizational design, compensation, etc.

  • Contribute to Project team development and skills

What you need to have:

  • Professional experience of more than 8 years in similar projects will be valued: Organizational design projects and different streams like benchmarking, restructuring, organizational data analytics, strategic analysis, etc

  • Experience as a Project Manager

  • High English proficiency.

  • The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills as well as extraordinary collaboration skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communications as well as strong presentation skills.

  • Ability to develop relationships with various business areas including executive leaders.

  • Exceptional time management skills as well as a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

  • Ability to adapt to various people and working styles under tight deadlines.

  • Strong analytical mind to analyze data and metrics and translate insight into actionable strategies.

  • Possess excellent leadership, prioritization, and organizational skills.
