We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Development Intern to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the Talent Development team to support various projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities

Collect learning and development needs and organize events.

Assist in developing guides for managers and support tools to improve best practices in talent management across the organization.

Coordinate and support new employee onboarding activities, such as executive meet-and-greets, site tours, welcome boxes, etc.

Maintain up-to-date training programs and records, including compliance reports related to the Professional Skills Act (1% Training Law).

Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and the "Talent" module in the HRIS.

Manage and update talent documentation and the talent webpage on the intranet.

Contribute to the development and management of the talent dashboard and key performance indicators, ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders.

Support communication of employee engagement survey results and action plans.

Stay current on best practices in organizational development, talent management, and employee experience.
Qualifications
-
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in organizational development, human resources, or a related field.

Bilingual (French and English) – written and spoken skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and project coordination.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and demonstrate adaptability.

Ability to multitask and make proactive decisions.
-
Experience with an HRIS system is a plus.
