Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, in the role of Order Processing Specialist, you’ll act as key piece for onboarding new customers and partners, making sure all details are accurate and up to date. While primarily focused on finance and operations, your role is also pivotal in working cross functionally with the customer success and presales teams to synchronize IP Fabric’s overarching revenue and strategic objectives.
What You'll Do
- Ensure accurate and timely input of all post-sale contract details, including customer legal entities, currency specifications, renewal dates, and compliance with software safety requirements.
- Maintain and update information in the ERP and CRM systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or clarify contract specifics.
- Support the seamless execution of administrative processes to uphold compliance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage data with accuracy and precision.
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems; prior experience is a strong plus.
- Solid communication skills in English (both written and spoken), as the role involves working with an English-speaking team.
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively in a detail-oriented environment.
