Order Processing Representative

The Order Processing Representative handles customer orders by verifying stock availability, processing shipments, and managing order records. This role ensures timely delivery, maintains customer communication, and supports sales efforts for parts and accessories through various channels.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process written or verbal customer purchase orders.

• Verify stock availability and arrange for shipment of orders.

• Maintain accurate order files and records.

• Monitor and notify customers of delivery dates and any potential delays.

• Handle incoming calls and professionally address customer inquiries.

• Process telephone and internet orders for parts and manage sales leads.

• Prepare invoices for wholesale customers and manage parts returns.

• Participate in training programs and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in a similar or related role.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in operating computer terminals and/or personal computers.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain precise records.

• Experience in sales and order processing is preferred.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
