Job Description
- Deliver excellent Order Management based on achieving targets on KPIs for order entry, order confirmation, backlog, transaction turnaround time, output quality, etc.
- Provide customer support of the complete order process in SAP following order entry until invoicing, to confirm product numbers and delivery methods are all properly applied
- Provide support to customers including answering common inquiries regarding order status, freight charges, tracking, document requests, product, pricing and availability
- Operate the shared email inbox(es) to assure organization, delegation and timely responses
- Execute date changes on customer sales orders resulting from sales allocations and purchasing/planning including system updates and customer notifications
- Utilization of customer portals as necessary for receiving orders, submitting ASNs, invoices and various customer requirements
- Work closely with the Warehouse and Logistics Operation teams to ensure all steps are taken to fill orders and make on-time deliveries
- Proactively engage and support company initiatives designed to promote a culture of safe working, environmental protection, and continual improvement
Qualifications
- Work experience in customer service and order management within an office based environment
- Knowledge in the usage of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Very good English skills (spoken and written) and strong communication skills
- Ability to organize self well and manage time effectively within a fast paced and interruption-prone environment
