Job Overview

As an Order Management Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient processing and management of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include order entry, maintaining data, and providing general administrative support. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm. The starting pay for this role is $18.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately update and maintain customer orders
• Assist with printing forms for warehouse operations
• Enter new customers into the system and update existing customer details
• Create and maintain part numbers to streamline order processing
• Handle filing, pick ticket confirmations, invoice printing, and emailing necessary documents
• Analyze and prioritize material receipts in the P21 system
• Maintain and update inventory records as new merchandise is received
• Perform backup receptionist duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently as well as in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn new processes and adapt to emerging technologies

Physical Requirements

• Some filing duties may require occasional lifting of files and bending
• Must be able to use standard office equipment, type, and operate a computer
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds of products or office supplies
