As an Order Administration Analyst at Verifone, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and business success. This role offers a unique blend of problem-solving, collaboration, and process optimization, making each day both challenging and rewarding.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders according to internal guidelines and procedures
  • Support setting up new processes based on customer and business requirements
  • Liaise with external and internal departments (Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Customers) to resolve queries and contribute to process improvements
  • Ability to adapt and work across various systems and provide support with testing and automation.
  • Able to work under pressure and adhere to month and quarter end deadlines.
  • Working towards measured KPIs and targets

Skills and Experience we desire

  • Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, preferably in Excel
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly, Sales Force experience preferable but not essential
  • Order processing experience preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Good Interpersonal skills
