What will I be doing?
- Creating configurations and customizations of Netsuite to meet business needs.
- Perform hands-on coding work on projects as needed.
- Develop and maintain workflows and processes in NetSuite to optimize the platform.
- Integrate, support, and maintain third-party software connections to NetSuite.
- To provide on-going systems and technical support for the Netsuite system which is already in place, set up and maintain the workflow, processes etc.
- To ensure system stability and reliability through the implementation of best practices in Netsuite administration and customization.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvements and implementation which aligns with Netsuite best practices and industry standards.
- Guide Netsuite releases, updates, and enhancements, suggesting and implementing improvements aligned with Netsuite best practices.
- Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for all NetSuite-related inquiries and support needs
What skills do I need?
- Strong NetSuite ERP Development experience.
- Experience using NetSuite JavaScript API and Suite Cloud Platforms (Suite script, Suite commerce, Suite Talk, and Suite Flow).
- Ability to do independent technical work.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience with NetSuite administration.
- At least 2 years experience with the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform required.
- Candidates with NetSuite Administrator and Suite Foundation Certification will be given special consideration.
- Strong project management capabilities, including task prioritization, ticket resolution, and on-time project completion. (Mandatory)
- Expertise in
- Experience with NetSuite Workflows, fields, saved searches, forms, roles/permissions, custom objects, reports and dashboards and the NetSuite Data Model.
- Familiarity with financial standards like ASC606 in NetSuite.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript (JavaScript) for customization and scripting within NetSuite.
- NetSuite Integration using Web Services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to create technical documents as well as interpret functional requirements.
