You are:
An experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Reports Developer
The work:
The Oracle HCM Cloud Reports Developer will be responsible development of reporting capabilities using HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher, OBTBI.

Working with project team functionals, developers and client stakeholders on developing requirements for reports.

Assisting with input and development of design materials.

Demoing reports to client stakeholders.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders

Requirements gathering for new projects and provide subsequent solution design, business process analysis, and system integration as well
This a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week in your local office.
Here's what you need:
- A minimum of two years of experience with Reporting Tools: HCM Extract and Data Mapping, Data Transformation, Excel Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you have:
- Oracle HCM Cloud modules HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence
- DoD experience
- Ability to obtain Security + within 6 months of employment
- HDLs and Spreadsheet loaders
- Other reporting tools: One of the following: OTBI, BI Publisher
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
