What You Will Do and Learn
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Architect to join our growing Finance & Operations practice. This role will be responsible for implementing and optimizing financial technology solutions using various EPM platforms, including Oracle EPM and OneStream.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
- Lead EPM solutions through full cycle – requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support
- Spearhead pre-sales activities – client introductions, solution scoping, estimate drafting, proposal creation, and statement of work development
- Collaborate with internal and client-side resources, effectively communicating across various audiences
- Apply creative problem-solving skills to address business challenges using EPM technologies
- Ensure adherence to company delivery methodologies and project standards, meeting all deliverables and milestones on time
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling ambiguity with ease
- Contribute to practice growth through revenue attainment, sales and marketing asset development, vendor partnerships, internal Center of Excellence support, training, recruiting, and staffing
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience implementing or optimizing EPM/CPM applications, including Oracle EPM (Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud)
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, including financial close, consolidations, reporting, and FP&A
- Deep understanding of accounting processes, including account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments
- Proven experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into effective solutions
- Track record of leading full-cycle EPM/CPM implementations
- Experience with VB.net and data integration between different systems/sources
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies quickly
