Job Title: Oracle EPM Cross-Functional Specialist (FCCS & ARCS)
Location: Noida, Chennai, Pune (Hybrid working model)
Experience:
Total Experience Expected: 10-14 years
5+ years of experience in financial consolidation, close processes, and reconciliation.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM, specifically FCCS and ARCS.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and teams.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cross-Functional Specialist to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle's Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The ideal candidate will have a strong finance and IT background, with hands-on experience in Oracle EPM solutions, particularly FCCS and ARCS. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, technical ability in EPM, and the ability to collaborate across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation, Support, Transition the application process knowledge.
Lead the implementation of Oracle FCCS and ARCS, ensuring alignment with business requirements and financial processes.
Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system enhancements, and updates.

Process Optimization:
Analyze current financial consolidation and reconciliation processes, finding opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement best practices for financial close, consolidation, and reconciliation processes within FCCS and ARCS.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into EPM configurations.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure effective communication and project success.

Data Management & Reporting:
Manage data integration processes between FCCS, ARCS, and other financial systems.
Develop and keep reports and dashboards that meet the needs of various stakeholders.

Training & Documentation:
Create and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of FCCS and ARCS applications.
Develop and keep comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Skills:
In-depth knowledge of financial processes, including consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting.
Strong technical skills in Oracle EPM cloud solutions (FCCS, ARCS).
Ability in data integration tools, financial systems, and report development.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other Oracle EPM modules (e.g., EPBCS, EDMCS).

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud Financial

M.COM/MBA(Finance)/CA/ICWA/ACCA
