Job Description
- Configure and maintain Oracle Demand Planning modules to optimize forecasting and planning processes.
- Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions to address unique manufacturing requirements.
- Utilize Oracle tools to analyze historical data, market trends, and business objectives for accurate demand forecasting.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and production plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Oracle certifications in Demand Planning or related modules are a plus.
- Proficiency in Oracle Demand Planning and Oracle SCM modules (e.g., ASCP, Demantra).
- Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle BI tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with system integrations and data migrations.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demand Planning or related Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) tools.
- Strong background in manufacturing, with a solid understanding of production workflows and supply chain operations.
