Oracle DBA:
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead Oracle DBA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Database technologies, including RAC, Data Guard, GoldenGate, and Exadata.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Administration:
- Manage and maintain Oracle databases, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning.
- Implement and maintain database security best practices.
- Monitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Perform database backups and recovery operations.
- Database Design and Development:
- Design and implement database solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures.
- Create and maintain database objects, such as tables, indexes, and views.
- High Availability and Disaster Recovery:
- Implement and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions, including RAC, Data Guard, and GoldenGate.
- Conduct regular DR drills and failover tests.
- Ensure minimal downtime during maintenance and recovery operations.
- Performance Tuning:
- Identify and resolve database performance bottlenecks.
- Optimize database queries and indexes.
- Monitor database resource utilization and adjust configuration settings as needed.
- Security:
- Implement and maintain database security best practices, including user access controls, encryption, and data masking.
- Stay up-to-date on security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of Oracle DBAs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database technologies, including RAC, Data Guard, GoldenGate, and Exadata.
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Experience with database security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Oracle certifications (e.g., OCP, OCM)
- Experience with cloud-based database solutions (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet)
Tools Admin:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tools Technical Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT operations, a passion for automation, and a proven ability to manage and optimize various tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tool Administration:
- Administer and maintain a suite of tools, including LogicMonitor, Flexera, Papercut, PagerDuty, and others as needed.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize these tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor tool health, performance, and user experience.
- Implement and maintain best practices for tool administration and security.
- Automation:
- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
- Integrate tools with other systems and processes to automate workflows.
- Create custom reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights.
- Incident Management:
- Respond to and resolve tool-related incidents and issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve root causes.
- Implement preventive measures to minimize future incidents.
- User Support:
- Provide technical support to users of the tools.
- Train users on how to effectively use the tools.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and best practices.
- Security:
- Ensure the security and compliance of tools and data.
- Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Stay up-to-date on security best practices and industry standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
