JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Oracle Cloud Techno Functional Associate, you will be responsible for providing functional expertise in the production support and maintenance of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Responsibilities: • Serve as an Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional for supporting HR business processes and implementation support for Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence and OTL modules of Oracle Cloud HCM.• Review, analyze & evaluate current business systems and user needs in order to develop, enhance, implement, and maintain fully functional, integrated, and operational business systems within Oracle and related systems, following IT standards and IT Change control processes.• Working with business, technical and Oracle teams should manage the patch cycles, by assessing and mitigating the impact of upcoming patches and managing the logging/working on SRs to resolution.• Develop training material and provide one-on-one and group training as necessary.• Identifies technology opportunities to help with business issues. Provides input to IT management on technology standards and operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field preferred or equivalent job-related experiences.
- 1-3 years of work experience with in any two of the following modules: Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence and OTL modules implementation and/or support is required.
- Good business understanding of human resources and workforce management processes is required.
- A basic understanding of handling HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract, BIP, OTBI, and HCM data models and tables is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Oracle certification(s) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining Security, Approval Workflow Rules, HCM Experience Design Studio and Page composer Personalization setups is a nice to have.
- Exposure to Visual Builder Studio is an added advantage.
