We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM - Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering subject matter expertise and functional leadership for multiple Human Capital Management (HCM) modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, etc.), innovation and leading the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions for our clients to meet business and technical requirements. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and leading solution architects and technical teams to create scalable, efficient, and integrated cloud solutions within Oracle Fusion applications, with a focus on driving digital transformation, ensuring best practices, and maximizing business value.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Design & Implementation:

· Design and convey to the development teams overall and end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, which span across Cloud HCM integrating Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, etc.

· Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud architecture, data models, customizations, and integrations.

· Lead end-to-end solution development for Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, technical requirements and best practices.

· Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post-implementation support.

· Establish and enforce technical guidelines, development standards, and governance for Oracle Fusion applications.

· Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications.

· Provide expert-level functional knowledge guiding configuration and customization of modules.

· Communicate and lead clients through process improvements using industry best practices.

· Own scope by identifying and proposing change requests.

Leadership:

· Collaborate, and foster a collaborative and innovating work environment, with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.

· Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud technologies and liaison between business, functional, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration.

· Provide recommendations to PMO in managing project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

· Support clients in managing organizational change related to HCM system implementation.

· Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing.

· Mentor and guide developers and other team members in the implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions.

· Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

Integration & Customization:

· Architect and convey to the development team extensions to Oracle Fusion Cloud to meet specific business needs

· Design and oversee complex integration solutions between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other third-party systems.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

· Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Cloud product releases, new features, and industry trends.

· Support clients in managing organizational change associated with HCM implementations.

· Innovate and provide recommendations for continuous improvement, optimization, and the adoption of new tools and technologies for the Highstreet NexTech Lab.

 

Experience (must have):

· At least 10+ Years of experience in Oracle HCM Implementations.

· Experience in the implementation full lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and supporting with hands-on configurations.

· Prefer experience in a lead role on at least two Oracle Cloud implementation projects

· Ability to oversee entire HCM solution

· Strong business communication and customer management skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients at all levels.

· Strong knowledge on Oracle HCM Benefits and HR modules.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and mentor.

· Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis conference room pilots (CRP’s) functional configuration, testing, client user training.

· Strong problem-solving skills (consulting background) and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

· Ability to lead multiple assignments with support from Highstreet’s offshore functional and technical staff

· Must travel on a need basis to client location in US.

· Must have a valid US visa to travel to the client location.

 

Good To have

· Knowledge on Oracle HCM HR Help Desk, Case Management and Compensation modules.

· US Public Sector, K-12 and Higher Education experience strongly preferred

 

Software / Modules / Versions:

• Oracle Cloud release 20+

 

Certified in or more of the following:

· Oracle Cloud Global Human Resource Implementation Specialist

· Oracle Cloud Recruiting Implementation Specialist

· Oracle Cloud Compensation Implementation Specialist

· Oracle Cloud Talent Management Implementation Specialist

· Oracle Cloud Learning Implementation Specialist
