An Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant plays a crucial role in implementing and managing Oracle Cloud Financial applications (Accounts Payables, Account Receivables and Revenue management). This is a senior level position that requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance modules and extensive experience in implementing solutions and developing complex integrations for customer. The candidate should be adept at managing both technical and functional aspects of Finance implementation and should possess strong leadership and communications skills for successful business engagement.
Oracle cloud finance consultant must have experience with the following:
- Requirement Analysis: Collect and analyze business requirements for Oracle financial projects.
- Design and Development: Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of Oracle financial solutions
- Gap Analysis: Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions.
- Testing: Develop testing scenarios and write test scripts.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve technical and operational problems in a timely manner.
These responsibilities ensure that the consultant can effectively support the financial operations of an organization using Oracle Cloud solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Expertise in gathering business requirements and creating solutions using Oracle applications
- Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and providing recommendations to improve business processes
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects
- Conducted in-depth data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for senior management
- Led the implementation of Oracle cloud ERP system, resulting in a 20% increase in operational efficiency.
- Providing functional support for Oracle applications.
- Conducting system testing and user acceptance testing.
- Proficiency in data loading and integration tools - File Based Data Import (FBDI), Rest API's,SOAP We Services.
- Hands on expertise for Analytics, OTBI and SQL optimization.
Required Skills:
- Experienced Oracle Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle cloud modules such as Finance (Accounts Payables, Account Receivable, Expense and Revenue).
- Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering enablement training, either in-person or virtually.
- Document and demonstrate best in class case studies of solutions and product usage by business.
- Deliver solution related guidance to individual business users, address inquiries, and fostering strong business relationship.
- Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex Oracle finance implementation projects
