Job Description
- Conduct operational activities at the WWTP, managing waste and ensuring compliance with SOPs and SHE team directions.
- Safely operate WWTP machines and ensure water needs meet operational requirements.
- Ensure WWTP product output meets specified parameters.
- Adhere to health and safety principles, following instructions, procedures, and schedules.
- Use chemicals efficiently to achieve standardized control limits.
- Properly use, maintain, and store equipment and work tools.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area and on process machines.
- Notify superiors about expiring licenses and calibrations for equipment and personnel.
- Ensure no operational activities cause environmental pollution.
- Complete data related to operational activities and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications

Minimum high school/vocational high school/diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Waste Water Treatment Plant, particularly with waste water from palm oil processes.

Knowledge of B3 waste management.

Proficiency in operating WWTP machines and related equipment.

Understanding of WWTP technology, materials, and processes.

Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Good understanding of processes to provide accurate troubleshooting in case of operational issues.

Willingness to be placed in Bandar Lampung.

Ability to work in a shifting schedule and perform overtime when necessary.
