Job Description
- Operation of production facilities and other peripherals
- Independent monitoring of the quality of materials, products and equipment through controls.
- Continuous observation of the process at the assigned line
- Ensuring the specified parameters of the line to the producing article
- Execution of the worker self-inspection according to manufacturing documents and documentation of these according to GMP specifications
- Identify the causes of errors and initiate corrective or escalation actions, if necessary in the event of deviations from the standard process.
- Conscientious documentation in manufacturing documents, cleaning documents and logbooks according to GMP specifications
- Independent cross-shift communication as ordered or necessary to meet goals.
- Structured and complete reporting of regular and irregular transactions within the framework of the specified reporting system.
- In the event of quality problems of the raw products, independent reporting to the responsible supervisor stating the exact facts of the defect
- Assumption of tasks in special situations in consultation with the manager.
Qualifications
- Knowledge as a machine operator in the production environment
- At least 6 months of experience in a regulated, better pharmaceutical or medical or sterile production environment
- Basic PC knowledge
