Operator I, Form/Fill

The Operator I, Form/Fill is responsible for operating filling equipment of pre-filled syringes and vials. The role works closely with formulation and provides minor troubleshooting.
This is a fulltime role working 12 hours; 6:00PM - 6:30AM rotating 3/4 nights weekly (Thursday – Sunday / Friday – Sunday alternating each week)

The Role
- Perform in-line sterile filtration and integrity testing of product filters
- Set up of filling equipment which includes part installation on filling line
- Run and troubleshoot complex machinery through Human Machine Interface (HMI)
- Collect and deliver samples throughout execution per sampling plan
- Perform unit counts post batch execution
- Performing quality checks of finished units during fill processing
- Other duties as assigned
The Candidate
- High School/GED
- 0-2 years of experience
- GMP experience preferred
- Must be able to read and understand English-written job instructions and safety requirements
