The roles will be stationed in Seattle, Washiongton production sites and be responsible for managing the production site, maximizing production output & efficiency as well as taking part in improvement projects.
We’re currently recruiting a Production Associate for our US Team who will bring passion to what they do, day in and day out.
Job Description
- Organise and supervise the outsource & overseas operation to achieve company’s business objectives
- Manage processes of production (printing), assembly, picking and packing
- Monitor the daily production activities to ensure efficient delivery of the Production Schedule
- Solve or report any practical and order problems in production at our outsource, overseas site and retail
- Monitor performance of outsource service providers
- Implement the SOPs and make suggestions when necessary
- Perform staff training, team supporting and coaching
Requirement
- Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma with Major preferred: Supply Chain Management/Operations Management/Industrial Engineering or other operation-related discipline is preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in operations management or related roles
- Competence (Technical):

- Strong numerical and analytical skills to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
- Good understanding of operations management principles and practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Passionate about production and operations, with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
- Must feel comfortable in a warehouse setting
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.

- Maintain regular attendance (5 days) at the worksite to support ongoing production operations.
- Willing to work flexible hours sometimes per business need.
Total Compensation
- Annual Base Salary of $60,000 - $65,000 DOE
