Job Description

Under the supervision of the Site Director, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for customer service and maintaining relationships with various clients and suppliers, while constantly seeking new clients.

Your main responsibilities will revolve around different areas:

  • Greet and serve customers who come to the office.
  • Build lasting relationships throughout the industry.
  • Maintain the list of current clients.
  • Develop new suppliers and clients through telemarketing, emails, and visits as needed.
  • Fulfill customer requests, place orders, and ensure billing is completed to finalize the sale.
  • Identify and understand the needs of our clients.
  • Ensure that reasonable delivery deadlines are met with our transport teams.
  • Handle the purchase and receipt of ordered products.
  • Monitor the aging of accounts.
  • Collaborate in managing product inventory.
  • Replace the delivery driver with trailer during vacations or absences.

Qualifications

  • Hold a DEP, DEC, or Certificate in administration or sales;
  • Have a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record;
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience;
  • Bilingualism is an asset;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service abilities;
  • Organized and detail-oriented;
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment;
